Graduation!

Finally I will be an official graduate of Brigham Young University on Friday, April 22nd!  It feels so good to have reached the "end of the tunnel" and to have accomplished this goal!  What I am most excited about though, is to see my family!  Here is my wonderful family at my wedding last August:

Not all of my family can make it to my graduation and I wasn't expecting anyone but my parents to come but turns out that my two younger brothers, Josh and Ben, and my sister Jenny and husband Sean and their two adorable girls are coming down too!  They are all driving down from Canada (and Seattle, WA) and they started the long drive this morning.  Good thing my dad's SUV has the DVD players to keep all the kiddos occupied!  They will arrive tomorrow and there is a lot to do before they get here (my sister's family is going to stay with us in our two bedroom apartment) but I don't even care that I won't be getting a ton of sleep tonight because I love and miss all of them so much! 

Since it is Easter this weekend we will be taking my nieces Annie and Liesl to an Easter Egg Hunt at Pioneer Park on Saturday morning-- I am sure Annie will just be adorable to watch get all excited to find the hidden eggs.  We also might go to the new Provo Beach Resort and discover all the fun activities there, or do a picnic, depending on the weather.  Do you have any fun ideas of what to do with my family this weekend?  Please share!  Happy Easter everyone!

1st Blog Post!

I am learning how to blog.  I just got a new job at Vivint, used to be called APX Alarm, and my co-worker is a big blogger so I thought it was about time I learned to blog now that I have someone to teach me!  I know it can’t be that hard but I’m one of those people that hates reading “user manuals” and would way rather just have someone show me.  So Krisia will be my teacher—you all have her to thank for my initiation into the blogging world!  Here we go..
